All heavy furniture items (sofas, credenzas, dining tables, and beds) are dispatched exclusively through our white glove shipping network. Under this protocol, your shipment includes:
- Scheduled appointment delivery with real-time tracking coordination.
- Careful unpacking, inspection, and placement inside your room of choice.
- Debris and packaging material removal for zero spatial disruption.
2. Production & Transit Timelines
Because each item is crafted with artisanal precision, lead times vary depending on stock availability and custom finish requirements:
In-Stock Pieces
Dispatched within 3–5 business days. Transit time: 5–10 business days across India.
Custom Finishes
Handcrafted in 4–6 weeks. Transit time: 5–10 business days upon workshop completion.
3. Crate Inspection & Handover
Upon delivery, our logistics specialists inspect every joint, grain surface, and edge profile in your presence. In the rare event of transit damage or structural imperfection, we will immediately initiate our replacement and restoration protocol with zero overhead cost.
